Fyfe was reported after making front on contact with opponent Ben Jacobs late in the third quarter.
The midfielder has been fined twice already by the MRP this year, with a third fine to trigger an automatic suspension under new guidelines.
Jacobs was reaching for the ball in Fremantle's forward 50 as Fyfe came in from the opposite direction, appearing to catch him on the shoulder as he too went after the ball.
Fyfe was fined early in the season for tripping Western Bulldogs midfielder Koby Stevens.
He received a second fine last month for a high spoil on Hawthorn's Taylor Duryea.
