"It is well known there has been a strong need to improve the management culture at both SERH and its predecessor, Bega District Hospital, for many years,” said RDAA chief executive, Peta Rutherford.
The review has sought an updated clinical workforce plan, modernisation of models of care, and data-set benchmarking.
