Prime Cattle
November 16
Total Yarding: 1425
Numbers lifted and the quality was fair to good. Yearling were well supplied and most went to feed or restocking orders with only a limited supply going to the trade. Grown steers and heifers were also well supplied and most were carrying plenty of weight and cover. Cow numbers improved and most were heavy weighted cows. All the usual buyers operated in a market that was dearer for the young cattle but the heavy weights and grown cattle sold to cheaper prices.
