Not every property owner or grounds manager has access to a large, higher-horsepower tractor.
Silvan Australia – the exclusive Australian distributor – has introduced the new Nobili TLP range that is specific to the popular smaller horsepower tractors.
Designed to suit tractors of 10 to 30 horsepower (7-25kW) the TLP range is available with a choice of cutting widths of 1.2 metres, 1.35m and 1.6m.
Incorporating the Nobili traditional build quality features, each version is equipped with Y-shaped shredding blades to make these machines the ideal choice for the maintenance and reduction of grassed or pasture areas.
Each mulcher has a low-profile body shape with a fixed tailboard to minimise the ejection of any solid materials that may lie on the grassed surface.
The cutting height is also adjustable by modifying the height of the rear roller.
Silvan Australia’s machinery specialist Gavin Wheatcroft says that the three new Nobili TLP mulchers incorporate the build quality for which Nobili the Italian mulcher specialist is noted.
“As always Nobili has responded to the market dynamics and especially the increased sales of smaller horsepower tractors with a range that is specific to their performance.
“The Nobili TLP range will be the preferred choice for applications like general clearing, clean up of grassed areas and pasture topping, with a special relevance to ground managers needing to maintain large parks and gardens type spaces.
The benefit... is that the mulched material is distributed evenly
- Gavin Wheatcroft, machinery specialist, Silvan Australia
“The benefit of mulching of course is that the mulched material is distributed evenly after cutting, unlike being windrowed with the breakdown and humus build up increasing soil fertility.”
RRPs for these new Nobili TLP mulchers are $6,589 for the 1.2m working width, $7,425 for the 1.35m, and $7,964 for the 1.6m version.
