Numbers were back with quality mostly plain among young cattle. Light weight cattle were in greatest supply and there were fewer restocking orders which saw prices ease. Once again, trade cattle were limited, along with steers and bullocks. Cows were the highlight of the day as processors were after numbers and weight. Young cattle sold to a cheaper trend, most due to quality, whereas grown steers and cows were dearer.
